These books have been specially chosen and recommended by The Reading Agency in partnership with the Society of Chief Librarians and other Health Professionals, so you can be assured that the information contained within them can be trusted.

I can personally recommend any of Dr. Robert Leahy’s books, especially ‘Anxiety Free’.

The titles chosen deal with issues such as anger, anxiety, fear, panic, worry, assertiveness, confidence, self-esteem, depression, eating disorders, fatigue and pain.

What are the books and where can I find them?

There are copies of each book at City Libraries, which can be borrowed for a 4 week loan period, with the possibility of renewing the books if no one else has reserved them. If your library does not hold the book you require you can ask them to order it in using the information provided  below.  you can also find these books in Amazon if you wish to purchase your own copy.
