Together we will beat anxiety and depression here in the North East.
I am passionate about raising awareness for child and adult mental health. Mental health can be crippling, and without support, life can be almost impossible. It is so important that we work towards eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health. Charities like Anxious Minds offer the opportunity to talk, and first hand experience has taught me that sharing how you feel is a huge part of recovery.

Thank you from all the team at Anxious Minds
Well I am here again having been entered into the 10k run and being left to do it solo – I have decided to make it a worthwhile effort and raise money for a charity and hopefully go a way to help people with anxiety and depression of which I believe we all suffer to various degrees in our lives.
