Free Counselling and Employment Support for Blyth
If you live in Blyth in Northumberland and are currently economically inactive, you’re not alone, and support is available. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps, having someone to talk to can make a real difference. Sometimes what holds us back from education or employment isn’t a lack of ability, but confidence, wellbeing, or unresolved challenges.
The Stepping Stones Project offers free counselling and one-to-one support for people who could benefit from a bit of extra help to move forward. This support is gentle, non-judgemental, and focused on you, your experiences, your goals, and what feels achievable right now. Whether you’re struggling with confidence, mental health, motivation, or life circumstances, you’ll be met with understanding and respect.
Alongside counselling, the project can support you to rebuild confidence, explore your options, and take steps towards education, training, or employment at a pace that works for you. There’s no pressure and no cost, just practical and emotional support to help you feel more stable and hopeful about the future.
If this sounds like something that could help you, please give us a call to find out more about the Stepping Stones Project. Taking that first step can feel hard, but you don’t have to do it on your own.
You must be 18 plus and living in Blyth or Cowpen.
