This anxiety workshop looks at what is anxiety, the symptoms feelings and sensations you can feel when you have anxiety, what causes them and what you can do about them, this workshop is delivered by a qualified counsellor and an expert by experience somebody that has had anxiety and can now manage their condition.
This educational awareness course provides a safe space for participants to learn more about the effects of abuse. Course topics include; definitions of abuse, myths & realities, healing from child sexual abuse, stigmatisation and powerlessness.

During this workshop, we will be covering all ten personality disorders. Personality disorders fall within three clusters, Cluster A: odd or eccentric. Cluster B: dramatic and erratic. Cluster C: fear and anxiety.

Self Awareness allows you to understand other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them in the moment. Do you really know who you are?
This workshop will cover the behaviour patterns of the narcissistic personality and the effects it can have on those who have entered into a relationship with them. We shall look at the manipulation and mind games often introduced and used by abusive narcissists in order to control those around them. This will include masking, love bombing, hoovering, gas-lighting and triangulation.
