Saturday saw us visit the Anxious Minds offices. An amazingly tranquil calming environment upon entry We were given coffee & cake too :o)

We were shown around the offices & saw the treatment rooms as well as an amazing radio tech room which we hope to be involved within 2019.

Towards an underfunded but invaluable service meeting a range of my needs! Thank you, Eddie & Gemma, for a very warm welcome. Heres to the future !!

I have wanted to do this personal challenge for a while, so whilst I am completing it, I thought why not raise some money for an amazing charity located in the North East,  Anxious Minds. They are reliant on external funds and any amount of money will be a great help – all money raised goes directly to them and will be used to provide services and reach out to more vulnerable people.

As I am training within the mental health field, it has become apparent that mental health issues are rising and the need for extra funding to help those overcome difficulties taking over their lives. Anxious Minds aims to provide talking therapies, peer support groups, arts and crafts events, as well as bringing awareness to us all via a wide range of courses and self-help tools.

Thank you from all the team from Anxious Minds
