Together in Crisis Alliance

Anxious Minds has established the “North East Together in Crisis Alliance” with the primary objective of assisting individuals and families grappling with mental health, addiction and the current cost of living crisis. Charities that wish to collaborate and become part of this alliance are warmly invited to reach out to us at info@anxiousminds.co.uk.

In the North East of England, we have the largest suicide rate in the UK, many small Charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs) are doing outstanding work to support people experiencing CRISIS with mental health, addiction and the cost-of-living crisis.

However, these organisations often face challenges in terms of limited resources, outreach, and public recognition. Many of these organisations operate independently, making it difficult for them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. This is where Together in Crisis Alliance comes in.

By working together, we will be able to do more in the community we serve. This will give us access to the group’s resources and a network of support for our service users, it will also help us expand our reach and achieve bigger goals. Together in Crisis Alliance also provide a platform for members to collaborate, share knowledge, and develop new initiatives that will improve the North East.

The group’s aim is to create a comprehensive support network that is accessible to everyone in the North East, regardless of their background or circumstances. By working together, Together in Crisis Alliance will break down the barriers that prevent people from accessing the help they need.
