- Confidential information received by the committee of Anxious Minds will be stored securely
- Information held will not be disclosed to any other person without the prior permission of the person who has given the information. The only exception to this will be if it is judged that there is considerable risk incurred by not doing not seeking that permission.
- In respect of DBS checks, information will be destroyed by shredding as soon as it has been received and minimum essential information regarding risk has been logged in the record book. This record book will also be stored securely.
