Volunteer with us

Anxiety, depression, stress and unhappiness are becoming more common as people are struggling to cope in the modern age. Mixed anxiety and depression are the most common mental disorder in Britain, and that is even without considering all the cases that go undiagnosed.
We need more support for those who suffer from anxiety and depression. We are looking for the following to help develop this charity, and provide the support that’s needed for people of the North East
