Anxious Minds is offering free, confidential counselling for Blue Light Service personnel across the North East.

We understand that working on the frontline can place significant pressure on your mental health and wellbeing. Our experienced counsellors provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to talk about whatever you may be facing, including stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties or pressures at work.

You do not need to be at crisis point to ask for support.
