Are You Over 55 and Feeling Lonely or Struggling with Mental Health?
Anxious Minds is here to help. We are launching Ageing Well—a brand-new project designed to support older adults in the North East who are facing loneliness, anxiety or depression.

What Is Ageing Well?
Ageing Well is a free community-based initiative offering mental health support, social activities and peer-led groups to help you build friendships, stay active and improve your wellbeing. Whether you need one-to-one support, group activities or just a friendly space to connect with others, we are here for you.

What We Offer:
Weekly Social Groups – Meet new people and enjoy friendly, relaxed gatherings.

Community Kitchen –  Delicious, nutritious home-cooked meals at affordable prices.
One-to-One Counselling – Get professional mental health support from trained therapists.
Activity Sessions – Engage in light exercise, arts & crafts, music therapy and more.
Peer Support Groups – Share experiences and support others in a safe, understanding environment.
Wellbeing Workshops – Learn practical ways to manage stress, anxiety and low mood.

Who Can Join?
