What to Expect
First, this is a safe environment to be present with others who are potentially going through similar problems. We have a non-judgmental attitude toward you. However, it is not a talking therapy group. You will not be asked to discuss your problems. You will be asked to give feedback on what’s happening for you when you use the techniques. You only say something if you feel up to it.
Mindfulness is known to have many benefits for people dealing with stress, anxiety or depression.
Breathing techniques are also reported to have many benefits for these issues.
There are also other self-administered techniques that may be of great benefit.
You are given clear instructions for using mindfulness, meditation and other techniques.
You are empowered to use them in your life.
